This petition is filed seeking quashment of Crime No.438 of 2012 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thiruverumbur Police Station, Trichy District.

2.By the order dated 22.02.2022, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) was required to inform the stage of the investigation.

3.Now, CD file has been produced. It shows that final report is also made ready. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation was completed and final report was filed before the concerned Court and at any point of time, it will be processed.

4.Since final report has been filed before the concerned Court, this petition has become infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
