ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. 2.The petitioner seeks for Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal petition dated 12.01.2015. 3.It is seen that the said appeal petition was filed challenging the order of the second respondent dated 10.12.2014. Having filed the appeal only on 12.01.2015, the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking for its disposal by not giving even sufficient time for the first respondent to consider and dispose of the same. I find that the present writ petition is highly premature and therefore, the writ petition is dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if the appeal filed by the petitioner is not disposed of within a reasonable time by the first respondent.
