This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.494 of 2015 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Vallioor.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the accused persons were acquitted by the Trial Court and the petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
