The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No. 3228/2020/A1 dated 22.09.2020 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the first respondent to restore the patta, layout, FMB etc., in Survey No.590/1 in Sub Division 590/1B1 to an extent of 18 cents situated at Navinipatti Village, N.Perumalpatti, Melur Taluk,

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the impugned order passed by the second respondent was set aside by the District Revenue Officer (DRO) in the revision filed by the writ petitioner and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication. 2/4
3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
