This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.603 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Vadamadurai Police Station, Dindigul District, dated 04.12.2018. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasanthur, and it was taken cognizance in C.C.No.194 of 2019 and the same was adjourned to 27.11.2021. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is a family dispute between the parties. 4.Since the matter was settled before the Trial Court, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition and hence, the matter become infructuous.
5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
