ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to execute the proceedings dated 13.07.2013 as a Sub MSO in the locality of Chinamanoor, Theni District and install necessary equipments required to resume the petitioner's business as a local cable TV operator registered with the 1st respondent vide LCO No: 16870.

2.Heard Mr.K.Kevin Karan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Abdul Saleem, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioner said to have submitted an application requesting for Sub MSO on 13.07.2013 to the third respondent who in turn, after considering the case of the petitioner, recommended the application of the petitioner to the second respondent which is still pending. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

4.When the matter came up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that the respondents will issue necessary proceedings on the application of the petitioner in accordance with law.

5.In the above circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 13.07.2013 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
