Respondent Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to call for the records pertaining to the fair and decreetal order passed by the learned III Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai in I.A.No.374 of 2016 in O.S.No.1190 of 2011 dated 22.02.2017 and set aside the same. ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requisition letter of the III Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai vide D. No.208 dated 30.1.19, praying for extention of three months time to dispose the case in OS.No.1190/2011 and this Court made the following order:

"By letter dated 30.01.2019, the learned III Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai, has requested further time of three months to dispose the suit in O.S.No.1190/2011.

2. Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended further for a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 27.03.2018."
