up a bus stand in four way junction and therefore, it is violation of guidelines issued by the Indian Road Congress. 2.Mr.A.K.Baskarapandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that even according to the petitioner, it is only a proposal and there is no material produced before this Court to substantiate the same.
3.In any event, the grievance of the petitioner has been set out in the representation dated 06.07.2015. It is for the authority to consider the same on its own merit and in accordance with law. 4.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
