Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PANDIYARAJ S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6(a) imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2861 of 2023 dated 14.03.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the the reasons stated in the petition, the condition No.6(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Special Court for E.C Act and NDPS Act cases, Pudukottai. The other conditions imposed earlier are left intact.
