ORDER

The accused person has filed the present petition seeking to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.366 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Virudhunagar District, wherein the petitioner is alleged to have committed offences under Sections 77 of BNS and U/s.66 E of Information and Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008 INF C and U/s.4 of TamilNadu Prohibition of Women Act, 2002.

2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise, wherein, the defacto complainant has agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.

3. The defacto complainant is present in-person before this Court and she submits that she had agreed for quashing of charge sheet as against the petitioner. She further submitted that she is married to a different person and the petitioner is also married to another person, and that they are leading independent lives; therefore, she seeks that the charge sheet be quashed.

4. Considering the above said facts, charge sheet in C.C.No.366 of 2025, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar District is hereby quashed as against the petitioner/Sole Accused. 2/4
