ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition to direct the lower Court for expeditious disposal of R.C.A.No.45 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Jduge, Thiruchirappalli, within the stipulated period of time.

2. The petitioner is the respondent in RCA No.45 of 2015 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Thiruchirappalli. The petitioner filed RCOP.No.112 of 2008 for eviction on the ground of owner's occupation. The said RCOP was allowed and eviction was ordered. Against that, the respondent filed RCA.No.45 of 2015. In the said RCA records were called for from the Rent Controller and records received on 23.11.2016, from that date onwards, the RCA is being adjourned without any progress. Therefore, the petitioner has come out with the present revision.

4. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

5. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, it may be expedient to issue a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Thiruchirappalli,. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Principal Subordinate Jduge, Thiruchirappalli, is directed to dispose of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

R.C.A.No.45 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than 31st July 2017. No costs.
