Civil Revision Petition under Section 115 of CPC., preferred against the fair and decreetal order dated 21.09.2017 in I.A.No.846 of 2014 in O.S.No.28 of 2008 on the file of the Learned II Additional District Judge, Trichy.
ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the grounds and the material papers of this petition and the earlier order of this Court and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.ANANDKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and Mr.S.SRINIVASA RAGHAVAN, Advocte for Respondents 1 to 3, this court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today for extension of time for disposing the Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.846 of 2014 in O.S.No.28 of 2008.
2. This Court has already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 16.11.2017, by directing the trial Court to dispose of Interlocutory Application within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Now the trial Court seeks further more time for disposing the Interlocutory Application. Hence, the matter was listed today.
3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has no objection for granting further more time for disposal of Interlocutory Application to the trial Court.
4. Hence, further one month time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the trial Court for disposal of the Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.846 of 2014 in O.S.No.28 of 2008.
