ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case against the accused based on the complaint dated 02.06.2015 lodged by the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.On reading of the complaint dated 02.06.2015,this Court finds that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party in respect of the property and in connection with this dispute, the petitioner has filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD) No.8315 of 2011, which is pending before this Court.
4. In the considered opinion of this Court, the complaint dated 02.06.2015 does not disclose commission of any cognizable offence to register the complaint. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with the liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
