O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the third respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry/investigation and not to interfere in the civil dispute having by the petitioner with the fourth respondent. 2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given against the petitioner, the third respondent police initiated an enquiry in C.S.R.No.370 of 2020 and after due enquiry, the same has been closed on 13.07.2020. According to him, as of now, no petition/complaint is pending against the petitioner. He would further submit that the fourth respondent has not made any complaint against the petitioner.

3. Hence, it is made clear that now the complaint has been closed, the respondents police shall not call the petitioner in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
