O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint, dated 02.08.2024 against the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is a dispute in respect of the mortgage between the petitioner and the third respondent and thereby, he lodged the complaint against the third respondent, on 02.08.2024 before the second respondent, but no action was taken. Hence, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the second respondent received the complaint of the petitioner, dated 02.08.2024 and the same is still pending for enquiry and they will complete the enquiry within a week.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the third respondent, is inclined to pass orders. Page No. 2 of 4

5. The prayer sought for in this petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 02.08.2024. The second respondent also admitted the receipt of the complaint and the same is pending for enquiry. Therefore, it is appropriate to direct the second respondent to complete the enquiry and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of this order.
