NO. 6293 of 2020 dated 17.06.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR. A.MOHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.CHANDRASEKARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier this Court by an order, dated 17.06.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition to surrender https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.3717 of 2020 before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days. During the total lock down period, he could not appear before the concerned Court and produce the sureties.

3. Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 17.06.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6293 of 2020 is extended by three weeks from today.
