The petitioner has come up with this Public Interest Litigation seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to take over the administration of Arulmigu Sri Sankarapathy Muneeswarar Temple situate at Survey No.127, Pudhur Group, Amaravathi Pudhur, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District by considering the representation dated 20.04.2015. 2.Today, this Writ Petition has come up for admission. 3.We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, the Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 4. It is the discretion of the Authorities of the Tamilnadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department and this Court cannot give a positive direction to take over the administration of the temple. It is for the first respondent to consider.

5. Having regard to the said position, without expressing any opinion regarding the claim made by the petitioner, we simply dispose of the writ petition by issuing a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.04.2015. 6.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
