This petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the complaint dated 08.02.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been closed, based upon the undertaking given by both parties that they have sort out their differences by negotiation.
