ORDER

The revision petitioner has filed the above Civil Revision Petition seeking a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the application in I.A.No.259 of 2016 in G.W.O.P.No.16 of 2016, within a stipulated time.

2.The petitioner has filed a petition in G.W.O.P.No.16 of 2016 on the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, for custody of the minor son. In the said G.W.O.P, the petitioner has also filed an application in I.A.No.259 of 2016 before the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, on 27.07.2016, to provide interim custody of the minor child-Arjun to him from the respondents. The respondents have not filed counter-affidavit and the said I.A.No.259 of 2016 is being adjourned without any progress. Therefore, the petitioner has come out with the present Civil Revision Petition. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4.Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, it may be expedient to issue a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Trichy. Accordingly, this Civil https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Judge, Family Court, Trichy is directed to dispose of the application in I.A.No.259 of 2016 in G.W.O.P.No.16 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than 31.03.2017. No costs.
