ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceeding in Crime No.101 of 2013, dated 04.09.2013 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the third respondent is present.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai on 31.12.2021 and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.592 of 2022 on 05.04.2022 and it was posted on 16.05.2022 for issuing summons to the accused persons.

4. Since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.

5. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous and liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if he is so aggrieved, by the contents of the same. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
