ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnors/respondents for their willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13000 of 2023 dated 19.07.2023.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after filing of this contempt petition, the third respondent Police conducted enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and the same was also closed.
