ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to receive the petitioner's Enam settlement deed dated 17.03.2025 and register the same with regard to property bearing Survey No.564/-2 with an extent of 1-83.00 Ares (4 Ares 50 Cents) situated at Sirumalai Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondent to consider the Enam settlement deed dated 17.03.2025 produced by the petitioner, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
