O R D E R

The petitioner has made a representation to the 3rd respondent seeking cancellation of patta issued to the private individuals. The said representation was made in writing on 04.11.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader would state that the survey number mentioned in the representation, dated 04.11.2024, namely Survey No.888/3A is old survey number and new survey number has been assigned as 1775/2.

4. Since the respondents are aware of the new Survey No.1775/2, there can be no issue for the respondents to consider the petitioner's request for cancellation of patta. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 2/4

04.11.2024 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the parties concerned, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
