This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry against the Principal of Natural Justice by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner himself has given a complaint dated 04.02.2016 to the respondent police and has now submitted that he is being harassed. Under such circumstances, no order as prayed for by the petitioner can be passed. Accordingly this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, directing the petitioner to co-operate with the police in the enquiry.
