This petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.169 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai and quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that even after lapse of three years, there is no progress in the trial process.

4.Considering the request made by the second respondent, there shall be direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai to expedite the trial process and complete the same on merits, within five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
