This petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the proceedings in crime No.525 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kalaiyarkovil Police Station, Sivagangai District.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and they are yet to file the final report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the 1st is directed to complete the investigation in crime No.525 of 2018 on his file and file the final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
