ORDER

The revision petitioner has filed the above Civil Revision Petition seeking a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.67 of 2016 in R.C.O.P.No.125 of 2009 on the file of the I-Additional District Munsif, Madurai, within a stipulated time.

2.The petitioner/landlord filed a petition in R.C.O.P.No.125 of 2009 for evicting the respondent on the ground of demolition and reconstruction. Eviction order was passed on 21.07.2014. Against the said order, the respondent/tenant filed an appeal in R.C.A.No.50 of 2014 and the same was dismissed on 01.06.2015 granting three months time to vacate and hand over the possession to the petitioner. Subsequently, the petitioner filed a petition in E.P.No.67 of 2016 on the file of the learned I-Additional District Munsif, Madurai. The respondent received notice and entered appearance through Advocate and filed vakalat on 30.09.2015. From that date onwards, the said E.P.No.67 of 2016 is adjourned without any progress and the petitioner is a senior citizen. Therefore, the petitioner has come up with the present Civil Revision Petition for speedy disposal. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

justice, it may be expedient to issue a direction to the learned I-Additional District Munsif, Madurai. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned I-Additional District Munsif, Madurai is directed to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.67 of 2016 in R.C.O.P.No.125 of 2009 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than 30.06.2017.
