Mr.S.Nagarajan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.
2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. Though the writ petition is filed for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would restrict the relief in respect of considering the representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
13.06.2018 by the official respondents.
4. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the second and third respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2018 on its own merits and take further action in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Such an exercise shall be done after giving due opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the respondent and any other persons who may be interested in the subject matter.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
