ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to disburse the salary for the service rendered by the petitioner in the fifth respondent School from 20.09.2012 to 22.09.2014, on the basis of the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.07.2015 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned Counsel appearing for the fifth respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. The case of the petitioner is that she was working as B.T.Assistant(Tamil) in the fifth respondent School from 20.09.2012 to 22.09.2014. Thereafter, she was terminated from service. However, no salary was disbursed to her for her service rendered in the fifth respondent School. Therefore, the petitioner has made a representation to the respondents on 24.07.2015, seeking disbursement of salary. Since no action is forthcoming, the petitioner is before this Court by filing this Writ Petition.
4. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner's representation would be considered within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
5. Considering the nature of the prayer as sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the petitioner's case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.07.2015, seeking disbursement of salary for the service rendered by her in the fifth respondent School from 20.09.2012 to 22.09.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
