PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to survey my properties in survey numbers: 142/5A and 142/5B with an extent of Acre 2 Cent 6 situated at Soolapuram Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District to point out field boundary line based on the petitioner's application dated 03.03.2017 within in the period that may be stipulated by this Court. O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to survey the petitioner's properties in survey numbers: 142/5A and 142/5B with an extent of Acre 2 Cent 6 situated at Soolapuram Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District to point out field boundary line based on the petitioner's application dated 03.03.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued the second respondent to verify the revenue and other records as to its classification, ownership, possession, enjoyment, rival claims, civil disputes etc., in respect of the property and conduct an enquiry, after affording opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties interested for the purpose of survey of the land and pass orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
