ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No. II, Pudukkottai to dispose the C.C. No. 13 of 2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No. II, Pudukkottai to dispose the case pending in C.C.No.13 of 2021 within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
