information report in Crime No.122 of 2021 dated 19.03.2021 pending on the file of the first respondent police, insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the first respondent and submits that the investigation has already been completed and final report has been filed before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Shengottai and the same is taken on file by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate in CC No.203 of 2023 on 20.06.2023. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if he is having any grounds. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is also closed.
