ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to issue a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 09.02.2024 to sanction and settle the petitioner's personal benefits like encashment of earned leave salary and gratuity with interest @ 1% from 01.09.2023 and also send the claim form to the EPF Office. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. Perused the materials available on record.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the proceedings under Section 81 of the Act has been initiated against the petitioner and at the conclusion of the said proceedings, it came to light that the petitioner did not indulge in any irregularities. 4.In view of the said submission, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.09.2023 positively and 2/4
pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
