This petition is filed seeking quashment of S.T.C.No.226 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 18.02.2022, notice was ordered to the petitioner and a direction was given to the Registry to print his name in the cause list and the matter was ordered to be listed on 07.03.2022. On that day, none appeared on behalf of him. Hence, fresh notice was ordered to the petitioner and the matter is listed today.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for default.
