CRL.OP(MD). No.5544 of 2025 Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that the case was registered against the petitioner in Crime No.74 of 2025 under Sections 281 and 106(2) of BNS, 2023, and was subsequently altered to Sections 281 and 106(1) of BNS, 2023. The offences alleged against the petitioner are bailable in nature.
