ORDER
Heard Mr.S.Sivakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kannidevan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2.According to the petitioner, he made a representation on 07.06.2018, seeking permission to conduct Kapadi Tournament Programme from 07.07.2018 at 11.00 p.m to 08.07.2018 at 11.00 a.m in the ground of Thottiyankulam, East of Alangulam Government Higher Secondary School, Alangulam Taluk, Tirunelveli District to the second respondent. But, so far, no order has been passed on the representation of the petitioner. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that if the said representation of the petitioner is pending before the respondents, the same shall be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a period that may be fixed by this Court.
4.In the light of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 29.06.2018. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
