ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful conduct of writ petitioner's Malar Sports and Recreation Club activities situated at S.F.No.1605-2, Vadamadurai to Senkulathupatti Road, Vadamadurai Post, Vedasandoor Taluk, Dindigul District-624802.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would rely on the decision of this Court in W.P.Nos.26397 and 27246 of 2017 (M.M.Nagar Sports and Recreation Centre represented by its Secretary P.Kanniappan Vs. The Superintendent of Police, Kancheepuram District and others) dated 04.02.2022, wherein, a learned Judge of this Court after elaborate discussion has issued some directions taking note of the Nine Judge Bench judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Justice 2/4

K.S.Puttasamy and another Vs. Union of India and others reported in (2017) 10 SCC 1.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner may be directed to follow the above guidelines.

4. In view of the above, the writ petitioner as well as the respondent police are directed to follow the directions issued by this Court in M.M.Nagar Sports and Recreation Centre's case above referred.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
