ORDER

The matter is taken up for admission, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that subsequent to the settlement deed executed in favour of the petitioner, patta has already been mutated in favour of the writ petitioner. Therefore, he would submit that there is no purpose in passing any orders in the writ petition directing to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 27.08.2024 seeking removal of the name of the third respondent from joint patta is necessary in view of the fact that patta has already been issued in separate name of the writ petitioner.

2. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
