Writ Petitions are filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2022 to initiate appropriate action against the respondents 6 and 7 under the Registration Act within the stipulated time fixed by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2022 to initiate appropriate action against the respondents 6 and 7. 2.The writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner. 3.When the matter came up for admission, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the matter is pending enquiry before the third respondent. He would further submit that if ample time is granted, the enquiry will be completed and orders will be passed. 4.Recording the same and directing the third respondent to complete the enquiry as expeditiously as possible and pass final orders thereon in

accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
