Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the first respondent allotting the second respondent to the post of Assistant Section Officer in Law Department in Tamil Nadu Secretariat Service as published in their website dated 01.09.2015 and quash the same and consequently, directing the first respondent to consider the candidature of the petitioner for the recruitment for the post of Assistant Section Officer in Law Department in Tamil Nadu Secretariat Service in pursuant to their notification No.14/2103 dated 05.09.2013.
