ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2022.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that serious allegation of fraud has been made against the petitioner by the third respondent and therefore, the representation of the petitioner would be considered only after affording an opportunity to the third respondent to make her submissions.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.02.2022 and pass orders, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the third respondent.
