ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to issue Non-traceable Certificate in respect of the documents viz., Original sale deed in Document No.1403 of 2016, dated 29.07.2016, on the file of the SubRegistrar, Karungalakudi. 2.The petitioner owned properties in Plot Nos.23, 42 and 43 admeasuring to an extent of 113, 891 and 1000 Sq.Feet respectively, comprised in S.No.806 situated at Kasampatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District, by registered sale deed registered in Document No.1403 of 2016. While the petitioner carried the original sale deed for taking Photostat copies to a xerox shop situated near Othakadai Bus Stop on 11.04.2022, it was found missing. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 11.04.2022 through online and she also made a paper publication in this regard on 19.04.2022.

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to follow the guidelines issued by the Superior Officer while issuing the Non-traceable Certificate and issue the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
