ORDER

This petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.3 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the investigation is completed and final report is also filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Trichy and it was taken on file in CC.No.2387 of 2019 on 04.10.2019.

3. Since final report has been filed and it was also taken cognizance by the Trial Court, nothing survives for further consideration in this case. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2994 of 2019 contents of the final report, they are at liberty to work out their remedy before appropriate Court.
