The petitioner wife has filed the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition with a prayer to withdraw the petition in 1/4

I.D.O.P.No.642 of 2023 from the file of the Family Court, Salem to the file of the Family Court, Karur.

2. On perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the application, the wife is pleading hardship and also she feels threatened to go to Salem. Even though this Court cannot give any finding as to the threat or otherwise, since the respondent has not appeared before this Court inspite of notice, this Court is convinced with the reason given in the affidavit that the wife is put to hardship on account of travelling and therefore, this petition is allowed. I.D.O.P.No.642 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Salem and transferred to Family Court, Karur.

3. With the above said observations, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
