This petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the proceedings in crime No.592 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kalaiyarkovil Police Station, Sivagangai District.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and they filed the final report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court, which is pending for taking cognizance.

3.Recording the said submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
