2.No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and the complaint has been closed on 31.03.2016 as "civil in nature". 4.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to send a copy of the closure report to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
