O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.51 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the first accused and the defacto complainant got married after fell in love between them. Due to family dispute between A1 and defacto complainant, the defacto complainant lodged a false complaint as against the petitioners herein with fake allegation. 3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the petitioners herein are in-laws of the defacto complainant and investigation is almost completed.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3000 of 2019 4.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the petitioners are directed to furnish all the proceedings in between the petitioners and the defacto complainant in respect of family dispute before the first respondent. On receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and complete the investigation in Crime No.51 of 2018, and file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
