ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the members of the the members of the petitioner by interfering the matrimonial dispute pending between the petitioner and his wife.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ on the complaint given by Sumathi, petitioner's wife, petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.224 of 2015.

4. The petitioner is directed to participate in the enquiry and during enquiry, he shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
