ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.776 of 2014 dated 21.11.2014 and file final report within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that if two months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded.
