ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to quash the private complaint in C.C.No.212 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel as against this petitioners. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have already been acquitted from the case by Judicial Magistrate Court, Eraniel, on 06.03.2021, hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
